Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. After notifying us of your decision, you have another 14 days to return the item.

You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. This is typically around £6–£8 per parcel, depending on the courier you choose. Please check your courier’s website for exact pricing.

To qualify for a return, the item should – if reasonably possible – be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
